I just hate it when I do something really lame, and the only possible cure is to tell as many people as might listen. But here goes:
Today (October 17th) at ~10:15AM, I drove from Indralaya Road (near Fowler’s Corner) to Eastsound — with the tailgate of my truck open and spilling carpentry tools onto the road for the first person who came along to pick up. Somebody did. They got at least four power tools (well used, in boxes) and my tool belt with my hand tools, as well as a small bucket of bunji cords & other items.
The stuff was gone within minutes of the time I lost it. I did look: I turned right around and went into search mode. I never even found a pencil. These tools are how I make my living, and I hope that the Universe and the honest person who rescued them will contact me.
If anybody has them or knows anything about who might have them, please please let me know.
