Letter to the Editor: April Will Be Remembered
We want to thank everyone for the joyous outpouring of love for our dearly departed April.
April’s good friend, Scott Rankin, created this video of the wake for your enjoyment.
We raised enough money to purchase her brick at the museum, Thank you so much. April would mooooved by the love and support coming from her beloved biped community. You just have to love Orcas! Thanks again.

April’s beneficiary legacy lives on: If you go to the silent auction at the HIstorical Museum, either Saturday or Sunday, you can bid on an original painting of April by Jo Ann, or a tote bag with her image. Proceeds benefit the Museum, and is a part of the Museum’s weekend of the grand self-guided barns tour. You needn’t have a tour ticket to bid on April’s image, or the many other offerings at the auction.
We’ll see you there 11-4 Saturday, or 12-4 Sunday. Bidding closes 4:30 Sunday.
